Master Trainer L1 Certification Criteria in the Australian Institute of Fitness
The Australian Institute of Fitness is established in 1979. The organization claimed to be the first in all. It has more course options available for personal trainer courses. One of the certifications offers here is the Master Trainer Level 1 or also known as the Personal Trainer-Plus. There are some certification criteria that are expected to meet the qualification as a Master Trainer Level 1. The students are required to have met the following standards.
Institute Master Trainers are required to always look proficient, fit and healthy. They should wear uniform both when on campus and during AV recording sessions. They need to act in accordance with the Friends Commandments as mentioned in the Student Handbook. Punctuality is a must both on the presence and assignments submission. The students should act proactively, supportive and encouraging. Attendance will also be one of the considerations in achieving the certification.
Best performance in personal training to achieve the performance criteria in a final assessment is a must. This covers the performance in screening, exercise prescription, communication, as well as technical skills. To attain the Institute Master Trainer Level 1 Certificate, it is a must to be competent at Certificate III and IV in Fitness and meet all the above requirements.
